Supervision
Melissa is available to counselors seeking clinical supervision. She is a licensed supervisor for the state of North Carolina and South Carolina as well as the North Carolina Addictions Specialists Professional Practice Board.
As a lifelong learner with over 13 years of independent practice in an array of settings, she aims to continuously learn new aspects of counseling alongside her supervisees. Melissa offers flexible clinical supervision sessions to include consulting, educating, career coaching, clinical development, and niche development.
Melissa offers flexible scheduling for supervision including in-person, telehealth, and group options.
Workshops
Melissa offers engaging, popular, and tailored workshops that offer insightful information and practical implementation strategies crafted by an experienced counselor, supervisor, and adjunct professor. Workshops are available in person or online.
Consultation
Melissa offers consulting and mentoring services for counselors. Services include coaching, marketing, career development, establishing career goals and practical objectives, and leadership development.
